Two-Part Membership Renewal Process

1. If you are a BMDCNV member, please provide your current information and complete the survey that follows. (If you are not a current BMDCNV member, please use the BMDCNV membership application.)
   
   Be sure to fill in all fields that are required (marked with a red asterisk*). You will not be able to submit the form without filling in the required fields.
   ​

2. Follow the payment instructions on the thank you page. You will pay through Paws 'n' Shop, our online retail store, using a credit card or PayPal.
   
   Dues are $35.00 plus $10.00 for each additional member in the same household. Membership is for one year, renewable each year by December 31. Our online Bernerblatt publication is included with your membership. A mailed paper version of the Bernerblatt is an additional $20.
