Join us at the 4H Fairgrounds in Westford, MA for an action-packed day of Bernese Mountain Dog fun, education, and activities! There's something for everyone—dogs, owners, and families alike.

All Morning · 9:00 a.m. until the raffle is called

Puppy Corral Play Area

A fun play space for puppies from 5 through 18 months of age, open all morning.

Paws n Shop

Shop for club swag and BMD-themed items.

Fabulous Raffle

Browse the prizes and enter all morning. Winners will be called right after lunch.

10:00 a.m.

Potential Puppy Owners Talk

Learn how to research breeders, how the club breeder referral program works, what Berner-Garde is, and how to spot a good breeder.

Handling for a Dog Show Demonstration

Dog show handling basics and ring presentation with Deb Metcalf, dog show handling instructor.

11:00 a.m.

Pee Wee Match

A dog show just for kids. Children may show their own dog, a friend's dog, or even a stuffed animal. Heidi Henderson will judge, and every child who enters receives a beautiful ribbon.

11:15 a.m.

AKC B Match

Try your hand in this welcoming AKC match — a great chance to experience Breed Conformation in a friendly setting. Deb Metcalf will judge.

Following the B Match

Puppy Parade

A crowd favorite, for puppies up to 18 months of age.

​

12:00 p.m.

Lunch, then the Fabulous Raffle

Grab a slice or two of pizza and enjoy lunch with fellow Berner lovers. The raffle will be called immediately after lunch.

Draft Workshop

Practice for the upcoming draft tests and learn more about cart pulling. Sam Sirico will lead the practice.
